The binding terms that apply to every membership, sponsorship, and donation.
Data from the National Player Registry, scouting registries, and youth mobility frameworks stays the property of CTPA Canada. Members and partners may not copy, share, or leak internal directories, databases, or draft contracts without written permission from the chairperson.
To protect the association's ecosystem, members agree to a 24-month post-membership non-compete. You agree not to advise, set up, or back a rival national or provincial player association, academy, or scout database in Canada during that time.
CTPA Canada is a federally registered non-profit (ID 1721384-1). To fund grassroots equipment, safety audits, and player travel, all dues, sponsorships, partnerships, and donations are non-refundable. Every dollar goes straight to organizational goals.
If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize CTPA Canada to charge your card on your billing anniversary (monthly or yearly). To cancel recurring billing, email support@cricketassociation.ca at least 14 days before your renewal date.
Group insurance and sports injury rider coverage depend on underwriter availability and approval. A policy only starts at the member's written request, and all premiums are paid by the member alone. CTPA carries no underwriting liability.
Five business days from submission. Notification by email.
Your information stays with CTPA. Never sold to third parties. PIPEDA compliant.
