1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cricketassociation.ca and its related platforms (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Platform Description

CTPA provides a digital platform for cricket players, teams, and vendors. We facilitate memberships, league registrations, and vendor listings. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services offered by third-party vendors.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including magic links and passwords). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CTPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

All membership and league fees are processed securely via PayPal. CTPA does not store your credit card information.
  • Membership fees are strictly non-refundable unless required by law.
  • League registration refunds are governed by the specific league's rules.
  • Vendor transactions are strictly between the buyer and the vendor. CTPA is not a party to vendor transactions and accepts no liability for them.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:
  • Violate any local, provincial, or federal laws.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to bypass the platform's security or authentication systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CTPA platforms — including logos, photographs, statistics, and copy — is owned by CTPA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTPA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CTPA in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

CTPA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members.
