← BACK1. Platform Role
Cricket Teams and Players Association Canada ("CTPA") provides a directory of vendors and facilitates initial enquiries. CTPA is not a party to any contract, payment, or transaction between you (the buyer) and the vendor.
2. No Endorsement
While we perform basic KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on vendors before they are listed, a listing on the CTPA platform does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the vendor's goods or services.
3. Payments & Transactions
- All payments are made directly to the vendor outside of the CTPA platform.
- CTPA does not collect, hold, or process any funds for vendor transactions.
- You are responsible for verifying the vendor's payment terms, refund policies, and delivery schedules before making a purchase.
4. Disputes
- Any dispute regarding quality, delivery, refunds, or customer service must be resolved directly with the vendor.
- CTPA cannot mediate financial disputes between buyers and vendors.
- However, if you believe a vendor is violating our Vendor Code of Conduct (e.g., fraudulent activity, unresponsiveness), please report them to support@cricketassociation.ca. We may suspend or remove vendors based on buyer feedback.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTPA accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of a vendor's goods or services discovered through our platform.
